Bumblebee Landscaping LLC is a fully insured landscaping company. If needed, we will gladly
provide our clients with proof of insurance prior to the start of their project.

Yes! We come out and provide estimates at no cost to our potential clients.

Will I know when you are on my property prior to arrival?
Yes, we always make sure we have permission to be on your property whether we come out for a
quote or we are completing your project. All of our crew are always in company issued apparel so
you know it's our crew. Our crews generally consist of a two - three person crew.

Once we receive a deposit or approval of a quote, we reach out to the client to schedule their
project. We provide our earliest appointment date but will work with the client to make sure the
project is also scheduled at a convenient date for them as well.

We are highly rated by our past clients and our reviews can be seen through different platforms
like Google and Home Advisor. Our reviews are also linked to our website. We strive to make
sure our clients are completely satisfied with the outcome of their projects. That is why we also
offer a 1 year warranty on our installation projects. If there are any issues, our clients know that
they can contact us and we will take the necessary steps to meet their satisfaction

Yes! Because we are a veteran owned and operated company, we like to give back to those that
have served or continue to serve. All you have to do is mention you are a veteran.

For the most part, yes there is a 30% deposit that needs to be paid prior to having your project
scheduled. Any weekly maintenance does not require a deposit, however, a credit card will
remain on file and will be charged after the service is completed each week.

Bumblebee Landscaping has worked with all different types of clients around Worcester and the
surrounding towns to include both residential and commercial clients.
